Isidro Gonzales, 14, of Big Spring died at 12:54 PM Friday, August 12, 2005, at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Vigil Services will be at 7:00 PM Sunday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at 4:00 PM Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial at Coahoma Cemetery.
He was born December 29, 1990, in Big Spring to Ernesto and Belen Gonzales, and was a life time resident of Howard County. Isidro attended school at Coahoma. He loved biking, all games, and music, especially George Strait. He loved to help with barbeques.
He is survived by his parents: Ernesto and Belen Gonzales of Big Spring; 3 brothers: Gilbert Rodriguez, Joel Rodriguez, and Ernesto Rodriguez, all of Big Spring; 3 sisters: Lorell Escobedo and Maria Inez Gonzales, both of Big Spring, and Janie Gutierrez of Snyder; Grandparents: Esther Gonzales of San Angelo, Isidro and Judy Gonzales of Lamesa, and Joe and Maria Rios of San Marcos; numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Arrangements are by Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
