*Obituary Arnold Dennis Greenfield
A.D. "Dennis" Greenfield, 77, of Sand Springs, died Thursday, July 12, 2012, at his residence. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, July 13, 2012 at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday at Coahoma Church of Christ with Eddy Pitchford and Pete Hanks, officiating. Burial will follow at Coahoma Cemetery.

He was born July 30, 1934 in Dunn, Texas to Ruby and Herman Greenfield. He graduated from Colorado City High School in 1953. He married Willie Mae Robertson on June 30, 1953. They moved to Howard County in 1953. He was in the National Guard for 4 years. He was a Mechanical Supervisor for Cosden and Fina for 40½ years, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Coahoma Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife Willie Mae Greenfield of Sand Springs; one son: Tim Greenfield of Big Spring; one daughter: Denise Bogard and husband Chris of Big Spring; six grandchildren: Tia Grant, James Boudreau, Jr. (Jamie), Chelsea Wells (Lloyd), Kelsea McWilliams, Caylea Longabaugh (Josh) and Riley Wood; seven great grandchildren: MaKinsey Grant, Maverick Yanez, Tatum Neel, Lexie McWilliams, Ozzy McWilliams, Spencer Wells and Hali Acosta (Pete); one great great granddaughter: Aubree Acosta and two more on the way; brother-in-law Jerry Robertson and wife Linda; special friends: Bud and Carol Wright and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law Shirley Greenfield, four brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Riley Wood, James Boudreau, Jr., Lloyd Wells, David McWilliams, Josh Longabaugh, Terry King and Pat Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be his brothers in Christ.

Willie Mae Greenfield, 82, of Big Spring, died Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Scenic Mountain Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM Friday at Coahoma Church of Christ with Eddy Pitchford, officiating. Burial will be at Coahoma Cemetery.

She was born March 19, 1935 in Loraine, Texas to Isabelle Barnet Robertson and Alton Robertson.

She grew up at Loraine and graduated from Loraine High School.

She married A.D. “Dennis” Greenfield on June 30, 1953 in Big Spring and moved to Howard County in 1953. He preceded her in death on July 12, 2012.

Willie Mae was a homemaker but also worked at Coahoma State Bank until retiring in 1985.

She loved baseball, especially the Texas Rangers. She never missed a game. She collected Texas Rangers shirts as well as chickens.
She loved giving out candy.

She loved playing cards and especially loved having Dennis sing to her every morning “Have I Told You Lately That I love You”.

She loved playing the piano, especially “What A Friend We Have In Jesus” and singing to grandkids “You Are My Sunshine”.

Willie Mae is survived by one son: Tim Greenfield of Big Spring; one daughter: Denise Bogard of Gustine; six grandchildren: Tia Bakley, James Boudreau, Jr., Chelsea Wells, Kelsea McWilliams, Caylea Longabaugh and Riley Wood and eight great grandchildren and her best friend Carol Wright.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother Jerry Robertson and a daughter-in-law Shirley Greenfield.

A special thanks to everyone at Marcy Place. She loved all of you.

Pallbearers will be Gary Plew, Pat Robinson, Marvin Wynn, James Boudreau, Jr., Ronnie Bakley, Lloyd Wells and Josh Longabaugh.
