Sharon Ann White, 64, of Big Spring, died on Monday, January 24, 2011 in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday January 27, 2011 at the Salvation Army with Captain Russ Keeney, officiating. Interment will follow at Coahoma Cemetery.
She was born on December 6, 1946 in Big Spring, Texas and married Bobby Gene White on June 30, 1967 in Big Spring.
Sharon was a lifetime resident of Big Spring and a housewife.
She was a member of the Salvation Army and was very involved with the Sunday School for eleven years.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby White of Big Spring; three sons, Richard White and wife, Samantha of Coahoma, Robert Allen White and wife, Belinda Houston and Randy White of Romayor; and daughter, Cheryl Diane Pearson of Big Spring; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Mary Etta Cottongame; two brothers, Edward Ray Cottongame and Jackie Cottongame; three sisters, Geneva Morton, Betty Brumley and Vernon and two grandsons, Joseph Pearson and Micah Pearson.
Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
