Wife of Ted Chaney and Wife of Otto Fredrick Zedlitz. Daughter of W Charles Dees and Cecil Florence Livingston. Born at Roger, Bell County, Tx. Died Graham, Young County, Texas. Buried at Tahoka Next to Otto Fredrick Zedlitz.
Graveside services for Elizabeth Chancy, 90, of Graham will be at 2 p.m. today in Tahoka Cemetery with Dick Stovall, minister of Eastside Church of Christ in Graham, officiating. Ralph Beistle, minister of South Plains Church of Christ in Lubbock, will assist.
Burial will be in Tahoka Cemetery under direction of White Funeral Home.
She died Sunday, April 5, 1998, in Graham Oaks Healthcare Center in Graham.
She was born March 19, 1908, in Rogers. She married Otto Zedlitz on Oct. 8, 1927, in Cameron. He died Dec. 14, 1964. She married Ted T. Chancy on Oct. 8, 1966, in Tahoka. They moved to Graham from Tahoka in 1977. He died Aug. 18, 1979. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was a private duty nurse.
