BIG SPRING -- Wayne "Dadue" Brockman, 46, of Big Spring died Saturday, June 9, in Weatherford.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Myers & Smith Chapel with burial at Trinity Memorial Park. Visitations will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Oct. 21, 1960, in Abilene to Bonnie and Jerry Brockman.

He married Teresa Nix, Sept. 9, 1995.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Keith "Boy" Brockman of Big Spring; one daughter, Courtney "Sissy" Randall of Big Spring; three step-children, Jerry Mintz and Stormee Alexander all of Iraan, and Shari Mintz of Ala.; three sisters, Lynn Brockman and Lori Brockman, both of Sweetwater, and Leslie Fader of Greenwood; one grandson and six step-grandchildren.

Today Teresa Gail Brockman 59, April 5, 2017 got to meet our Lord. As we weep she is dancing in the streets of gold.

Services will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Nalley Pickle And Welch Rosewood Chapel with Dwain Fox officiating. The family will receive family and friends Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Interment will be at Trinity Memorial Park.

Teresa was born September 14, 1957 in Big Spring,Texas to Leldon Gene Nix and Martha Anne Nix.

She married Wayne Brockman September 9, 1995.

Teresa is having a joyful reunion right now with her husband that loved her with all of his heart, she was his driving partner on his truck she wasn't scared of nothing, with her father which adored her, she was his little scraper he loved she was tough as nails, a daughter that she loved, Stormee and her had the same heart very forgiving, many aunts, uncles, grand parents, and many friends. She is in our Lord's Arms feeling the love we can't even phantom. Can we only imagine. She finally is at peace and finally at rest.

Sisters and brothers are a gift to be cherished, embraced and remembered for eternity.

Teresa lived her life on her terms but she had the biggest heart she would help anyone in need. She definitely choose the way she wanted to live material things never was very important to her but beating to her own drum living her life liked she choose was. She enjoyed her life she always was the life of the party. She loved to dance and she was wonderful at it.

She is survived by her children Jerry Mintz and wife, Texanna of Midland Tx, Shari Anne Mintz of Oklahoma; grandchildren Ranson Mintz, Randie Mintz, and Ricky Mintz all of Midland Tx, Seleah Mintz Hastings of Iraan Tx, Keagan Earls, Kason Nix, and Kylee Nix all of Big Spring Tx; great grandchildren Elijah Hastings, Zoie Hastings, and Eddie Hastings all of Iraan Tx.; mother Anne Nix of Big Spring Tx,; sisters Jeannie Rutledge and husband Russ, Shari Beall, Shawna Parrish, Tina Earls and husband Eddie, Karla Nix and husband Todd, all of Big Spring Tx; brother Ray Nix and wife Dana of Big Spring Tx. Several nephews and nieces and a special friend Pam Grant which was like her sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Brockman; daughter Stormee Nix, a grandson Zac Hastings;father Leldon Gene Nix,; grandparents Ray and Johnnie Faye Maxwell, Collin and Lela Nix, a brother in law Bobby Beall, and several aunts and uncles.

Pallbearers will be Rusty Rutledge, Steven Croft, Leldon Jenkins, Ryan Rutledge, Colby Nix, Stetson Earls, Keagan Earls Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny Tonn, Shane Miller, Trip Gibbs, Will Smith, Kirk Curry, Tracy Hudgins

Teresa requested that family and friends wear Western attire.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Compass Hospice at 602 South Main Street Big Spring Texas.
