Terry Brooks, 47, of Big Spring, died on Sunday, July 6, 2003, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 9:00 AM Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at the First Christian Church, Big Spring with Rev. Gary Groves and Dr. Tommy Potter both with the First Christian Church in Midland, officiating.
He was born on June 6, 1956, in Iowa City, Iowa and married Paula Waters on July 15, 1989 in Abilene, Texas.
Terry was a member of the First Christian Church in Midland and was a member of the Hi-Sky Emmaus community.
Survivors include his wife, Paula Brooks of Big Spring; his mother-in-law, June Waters of Big Spring; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bob and Maria Waters; two nephews, Bobby Waters and Ryan Waters; one neice, Marissa Waters all of Clovis, New Mexico; and a dear friend, Erma Dunne of Big Spring.
The family suggests memorials to: Home Hospice, 600 Gregg St., Big Spring, Texas 79720, to First Christian Church, 1301 W. Louisiana, Midland, Texas 79701 or to a favorite charity.
