Cheyenne Rainer Burris, 38, of Muleshoe, formerly of Big Spring, passed away Sat, Aug 28, 2010 in Muleshoe. The family will receive friends from 7-8 pm today at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 2 pm Wed at Trinity Memorial Park with Mike Moates, officiating.

She was born Jun 29, 1972 in El Paso to Janie Sue and Raymond Lee Swafford.

She was a resident of Big Spring from 1980-95. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She later resided in Abnernathy recently relocating to Muleshoe. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Shane Burris of Muleshoe; two sons, Kenley Edwards of Midland and Ryley Burris of Muleshoe; three daughters, Kaileigh Edwards, Keeley Burris and Lindsey Burris all of Muleshoe; her father, Raymond Swafford and his wife Debbie of Midland; one brother, Cash Rainer and his wife Whittney of Gunter; one sister, Tracy Barnett and her husband Brad of Water Valley; grandparents, Neoma Clanton of Big Spring and Vernon Swafford of Midland.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janie Swafford and maternal grandparents, Norma Sue and Noah Jack Begley.
