Services for JOHN ANDREW YOUNG JR., 66, of Lubbock, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Parkway Drive Church of Christ, with Minister Ron Guzman officiating.
Burial will be in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary Funeral Home.
He died Sunday, August 20, 2006 at the Lubbock Health Care Center.
He was born in Wetumpka, Alabama.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, and a brother.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Stephanie Young of Lubbock, and Wanda Tungate of Kalamazoo, Mich.; two sons, David Wiggins and Tyrone Young, both of Lubbock; three sisters, Ruth Brooks of Topeka, Kans., Ruby Davis of Atlanta, Ga., and Rosemary Brown of Lubbock; seven brothers, Willis James Young of Chicago, Ill., Jack and Steve Bozeman of Lubbock, Tommy Bozeman of Topeka, Kans., Ricky Bozeman of Austin, Lester Bozeman of Lawrence, Kans., and Jessie Joe Bozeman of Anchorage, Alaska; eleven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
