Ina Beth Loyd Jacques, 75, of Andrews passed away Monday, October 2, 2011 at her home in Andrews.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday at Andrews Old Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home. Rev. Bryan Johnson will officiate.

Ina was born May 7, 1936 in Belleview, Texas. She married John Andrew Loyd in 1953; he preceded her in death in 1996.

She moved to Andrews in 1964 from Wichita Falls, Texas. She worked as a physical therapist at Permian Regional Medical Center for several years.

She loved to sew, square dance and play Bunco. She loved to fish and spend time with her kids and grandkids.


She was also preceded in death by her parents, Sebe Thomas and Mabel Jewell Bowden, and a brother, Jimmy Ray Bowden.

She is survived by five sons, John Andrews Loyd, Jr. of Houston; Randy Gene Loyd of Harbor City, Texas; Richard Edward Loyd of Denver City, Texas; Ronnie Dwayne Loyd of Midland, Texas; Rusty Loyd of Andrews; one daughter, Tammie Yandell of Andrews; three brothers, Wayne Bowden of Abilene; Leon Bowden of Electra, Texas; Monty Bowden of Iowa Park; three sisters, Billie McAninch, of Texas City; Faye Janzen of Rockport, Texas; Donna Hodges of Iowa Park, Texas; twenty-three grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
