Mary Wylie Vandiver passed away on April 5, 2011. She was born October 14, 1933 to Raymond and Valree Wylie in Lubbock, TX. She graduated as Valedictorian from Cooper High School in 1951 where she had served as state officer for FHA. Mary married Bob Vandiver on November 16, 1951 in Clovis, NM. He preceded her in death on March 7, 2010; she also was preceded in death by her parents. She owned and operated Vandiver Office Supply with her husband for over 50 years. Mary was active in her children and grandchildren's various activities, including Girl Scouts and many sporting activities. Mary spent her leisure time bowling, horse racing, playing softball and bridge.
Survivors include daughter, Karan Vandiver Todd and husband Randy; son, Ric Vandiver; grandchildren, Bobby Todd and wife Camille, Steven Todd, and Amy Hickman and husband Brandon; great-grandchildren, Raeley Hickman and Carson Todd; sisters, Bernice Billingsley and Lynda Gant and husband Ray; and nieces and nephews.
