Hereford-Charles Duvall, 78, died Friday,
November 12m 2004. Services will be at 1:30 p m
Tuesday in First United Methodist Church with Dr Darren Skinner and the Reverend Les Sharp
officiating. Military honors will be by the
Hereford High School J R O T C. Private
family burial will be in Rest Lawn Memorial
Park Cemetery, north of Hereford by Parkside
Chapel Funeral Home.
Mr Duvall was born 2 Jan 1926, in Gould, Harmon County, Oklahoma. The son of Melvin and Maggie Duvall.
He married Mary Richey at Weatherford, Oklahoma
in 1950l Mr Duvall retired from the education
profession in 1982, after 33 years of service.
He was in the Navy during world war II, and was
a member of the First United Methodist Church,
where he served as an usher for many years.
He was a kind and loving husband, a great
father and a friend to many.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years; a son,
David Duvall of Corpus Christi; a daughter,
Suzanne Duvall of Borger; two brothers, M G
Duvall of Amarillo and Leroy Duvall of Chickasha, Oklahoma; and a sister, Sue
Barnett of Amarillo.
