Funeral services for Noveline Owens, 74, of Andrews will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 22, 2006 at Means Memorial United Methodist Church in Andrews with Rev. Rick Doyle, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews West Cemetery. She passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at her residence in Andrews.

She was born December 9, 1931 in Lonoke, Arkansas to Earnest Leola Conatser and Mamie Lois Gore Conatser. She was raised in Sevier County, Arkansas and moved to Andrews in 1948. She married Ted E. Owens on August 5, 1949 in Andrews. She was a member of the Phillips Philresters Club in Andrews and a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, but was attending Means Memorial United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter: Nelda June Owens in 1952; her parents; 4 sisters; and 5 brothers. She is survived by her 1 daughter: Thresa Whitaker of Andrews; 1 son: Tim Owens of Andrews; 2 sisters: Lois Laverne Aubrey of Dickinson and Julia Estalee Kinkade of Bailey; and 4 grandchildren. Memorials may be sent to Home Hospice, 805 North Main Street, Andrews, Texas 79714.
