Grady Lee Grantham, 81, of Knott died Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

Grady was a member of the Knott Church of Christ.

He married Alice Ann Williams December 21, 1957 in Stanton. She preceded him in death October 12, 2016. He farmed the Knott area since 1972 and worked for the City of Big Spring for 12 years. Grady served in the United States Army.

Grady is survived by a son, Terry Grantham of Knott; a daughter, Penny Peterson of Vealmoor; five grandchildren, Mika Peterson, Cade Peterson and wife, Shiloh, Chance Grantham and wife, Samantha, and Chelsie Grantham; five great grandchildren, Payden Zant, Kooper Zant, Cason Peterson, Kanon Peterson, and Reagan Grantham; a brother, Bud Grantham; and a sister, Vicky L. Ware and husband, Gary.

In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his parents Odie and Kathryn Grantham, and son-in-law Mike Peterson.
