Steven "Bubba" Mills, 36, of Big Spring, died on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Calvary Callendar, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, November 19, 2010, at the funeral home.

He was born on September 2, 1974 in Big Spring. Steven graduated from Big Spring High School and was involved in MHMR Programs and Special Olympics. He collected statues, fountains, clocks, swords and Indian artifacts and liked watching scary movies.

Survivors include his parents, James and Andrea Mills of Big Spring; one brother, James Mills, Jr. and wife, Donna of Big Spring; two sisters, Becky Dixon and husband, Perry and Carolyn Mills all of Big Spring; his grandmother, Pallie Riffey of Big Spring; six nieces; two nephews; three great nieces; three great nephews; several aunts and uncles and a number of cousins.
