*MABEL (MRS. ERVIN M.) JORDAN MASON-Mrs. Ervin M. (Mabel) Jordan, of Mason, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at the age of 96. Mrs. Jordan is survived by two sons: Ray Jordan and wife Carol and E. Wayne Jordan and wife Kathy, all of Mason. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Jordan will be held on Sunday, November 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the Art Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Art West Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, November 3, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Mason Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family online at masonfuneralhome.net. *When Mabel Ericson was born on September 7, 1911, in Hutto, Texas, her father, Niklas, was 43, and her mother, Anna, was 37. She had two children with Ervin Max Jordan between 1938 and 1941. She died on October 30, 2007, in Mason, Texas, at the age of 96, and was buried there.
