Doyle W. Bridgefarmer Doyle W. Bridgefarmer passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a hard fought battle with cancer on November 21, 2011 (Age 61) at home in Pflugerville, TX. He was born in McKinney, TX on September 7, 1950, to Bill and Sue Bridgefarmer. He attended Reagan High School and earned his B.A. at the University of Texas. He was a successful business owner that he ran alongside his wife, Mary, for 36 years. In addition to running a business he held many public service positions, he was most proud of his role as Mayor of Pflugerville. He is survived by his wife of nearly 42 years, Mary, their 6 children (Michelle, Tracie, Shanna, Shilo, Nicholas, Joshua), 10 grandchildren (Chelsea, Payden, Tommy, Tyler, Ethan, Jordan, Jacob, Emily, Lexi, Skye); His Mother and Brother, Billy, 4 Sons-in-law (Patrick, Shawn, Raymond, John) and 1 Daughter-in-law (Christy). Special Thanks are offered by the family to Texas Oncology, Hospice Austin and staff, and to the many emails, phone calls and visits given during these difficult times. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2011, at Cook Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville Texas. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Hospice Austin.
