Kevin Scott Amstead, age 55, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016.
He was born January 6, 1961 in Austin to Clinton Amstead, Sr and Mary Lee Amstead.
He was a retired music teacher from Yoakum I.S.D. and taught at numerous schools.
He was a graduate of Southwest Texas State University.
Survivors: brother, Wilburn Amstead and wife Karry of San Saba; sister, Ann Trevino and husband Adolfo of Seguin; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents; brothers, Clinton Amstead, Jr, Terry Amstead, Sr and Robert Amstead.
Memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Jackson officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to the donor's choice.
