Wade T. Witmer, 20, of Clarksville, died Saturday, July 23, 2011, near Blossom. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2011, at the First Baptist Church in Clarksville with the Rev. Jimmy Ellis and the Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial is to follow in Warthan Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family is to receive friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at Clarksville Funeral Home.
He was born April 8, 1991, in Paris. He was a member of Leesville Baptist Church and graduated from Rivercrest High School in 2009. He was known as an avid wild hog hunter and will be missed by his family and friends.
Named as pallbearers are Dustin Stringer, Neil Mankins, Jeremy Mankins, Ben Glass, Dustin Brumley and Jerry Willis.
Survivors include his parents; his great- grandmother; his grandparents; his aunts; and cousins.
