Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Tom Long. Interment will be at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Jo Ann was born Thursday, August 29, 1935 in White City, Texas. She was the daughter of the late William Elbert White and the late Minnie Ora Mathis White. She had lived all of her life in Vernon. She was a graduate of Northside High School and a member of Northside High School Alumni Association and she attended Texas Tech University. She was a longtime Wilbarger Co. Tax Assessor Collector. She was Doan's May Picnic Association Board Member and a member of First United Methodist Church where she was Church Secretary.
She is survived by
Her Son Terry Ray Bourland of Vernon, TX.
Her Daughter Debra Jo Allen of Bridgeport, TX.
Her Brother Jerry White of Midland, TX.
Two Sisters Betty Owens of Garland, TX.
Carolyn Rose Kressenberg of Wichita Falls, TX.
4 grandchildren
Visitation will be Friday, September 21, 2012 at 7:00 to 8:00PM at Sullivan Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Terry Bourland, Keith Engler, Colton Strachan, Justin Daberkow, David Allen, Dan White, and Clint White.
