Charles William was the son of William Branton (Connecticut) and Emily Simpton (Texas) of Bolivar Point, Galveston Co., Texas.
He was 1st married on Feb. 8, 1903 in Galveston Co., TX. to Mamie Donley. He was married a 2nd time on April 26, 1920 to Anna "Annie" Louise Cook.
At the time of his death, he was married, a retired Commerical Fisherman and lived at 728 Avenue G in Galveston, Galveston Co., Texas.
