*Obituary
VERNON - Jose S. Hernandez, 76, of Vernon, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2007.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Holy Family Catholic Church with father Oren Key officiating. Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery.
Mr. Hernandez was retired from the city of Vernon. He also worked at Vernon Dr. Pepper Bottling, Vernon Greenhouse, and Wright's Brand Food.
Survivors include five sons, Adolfo, Adam and Paul all of Wichita Falls, Joe of Chicago, and Joe of Lubbock; one daughter, Olga of Vernon, one brother, Adam of Altus, Okla.; one sister, Dolores Hurtado of Vernon; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
