Frances McArthur, 83 of Vernon, Texas died on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Anthony Eaton. Interment will be held at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Frances was born Monday, June 22, 1931 in Cameron, Texas; she was the daughter of the late Robert Miller, Sr. and the late Mary Debose Miller. She married William "Diddy" McArthur on June 21, 1949 in Cameron, TX. He preceded her in death September 24, 2004. She had lived in Vernon for many years since 1949. She worked for Vernon State Hospital Food Service & Nursing Service, Vernon I.S.D. in food service. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church for over 60 years, choir member, deaconate, and Mother's Board. She was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her husband, two sons William McArthur, Jr., Carl McArthur grandson Anthony McArthur, two brothers Robert Miller, Jr., L.V. Miller.,
