Hereford-Funeral services for James Burder Haile, 67,
who died Monday morning at his home 10 miles north of here,
will be at 2:30 p m Wednesday in First Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery by
Gililland-Watson Funeral Home. Mr Haile was born in
Hutchinson County and came to Deaf Smith County in 1942
from Amarillo. He was a farm owner and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, the former Dorothy Mae
Powell, three sons, Jim of Canyon, Bryan abd Berk,
both of Hereford; two daughters, Mrs Cynthia Hager
of Hereford and Mrs Nadine Embry of Houston; a brother
Bob of 3414 Eddy in Amarillo; four sisters, Mrs Clyde
Martin of Clarendon, Mrs Verdie Harrington of Rogers,
Arkansas, Mrs Walta Russ of Panhandle and Mrs Buel
Gray of Borger; and four grandchildren. The family
asks that memorials be to the Heart Fund or to
Boys Ranch.
