Purple Heart
He was born to the late George and Anna Paulsan Milutin. He is a veteran of WW II, having served in the US Army where he received the Purple Heart. He married Marion Maxine Rasch, September 25, 1943, in Wyandotte, Michigan and was a worked in road construction as a supervisor. He has been a resident of Texas for the past 23 years.Besides his parents, Mr. Milutin was also preceded in death by his wife, Marion Maxine Milutin
