Patricia Diane Berry "Tricia", 63, of McGregor, Texas, passed away on February 11, 2014 in Waco, after battling brain cancer for over a year. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, February 15, at Woodway First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be after the service at a reception in the church Fellowship Hall. The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, February 16, in Overton City Cemetery in Overton, Texas.

Tricia was born in Dallas, Texas, to Eyvan and Bobbie Baker. She graduated from John Tyler High School in Tyler, Texas, in 1968. Tricia obtained a degree from Tyler Junior College Vocational School of Nursing, becoming an LVN in 1975.

Tricia first worked as a nurse on the medical-surgical unit at Medical Center Hospital in Tyler, Texas. She spent most of her nursing career as the office nurse for Dr. John W. Scroggins in Tyler, Texas, and retired after many years of treating patients with Dr. Scroggins.

Tricia was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Woodway. She served on the Church's Board of Trustees, and she was an active member of United Methodist Women. Tricia was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She loved reading and gardening, and was a member of the Goodtime Garden Club.

Survivors include her husband, Mike; children, Ammie Saucier, of Winnsboro, and Robbie Berry, of Tyler; five grandchildren; her father, Eyvan Baker, of Arlington; sister, Tanya Musick, of Grapeland; brothers, Rex Baker and Max Saxon, of Tyler; and other relatives and many friends.
