Susie Mae Bunch was born on May 8, 1887 in Alvord, Wise Co., Texas to Elizabeth Matilda Grantham and George Andrew Bunch. She grew up in DeWitt Co., Texas. Susie married John Mahler Jr. (1882-1945) about 1905 and they had one son and one daughter before moving to Dallas, Texas. After the death of her husband John Jr. in 1945, Susie married Carl Malloy. She passed away Oct. 17, 1979 in Dallas Co., at the age of 92.
