Services for Michael Hall Selden, 52, of Longview, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Old City Cemetery in Henderson with Brad Ramsey officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bryan Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mr. Selden died Tuesday morning at his residence after a sudden illness.
He was born in Palestine, Texas, on January 9, 1945.
Mr. Selden was a Presbyterian. He was a drug and alcohol counselor at the North Texas Treatment Center in Overton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Hall Selden.
He is survived by his father, Fred W. Selden of Palestine; and son, Michael Paul Selden of Garland.
Pallbearers will be John Bateman, Keenan Barrett, James Barry, James Mason, Jack Selden, Jerry Ted Roberts, Worth Andrews and Ronnie Selden.
