Mrs. C.D. "Lula" Bailey, 91, died March 27, 1991 in Fort Worth.
Funeral Services were held from Totten-Day Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday March 30, 1991 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Terry Cooper, officiating. Interment was in Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Totten-Day Funeral Home.
She was born November 23, 1899 in Nolanville, Texas to Joseph and Lydia Shriver. She had lived in Fort Worth since 1983 moving there from Electra. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Electra. She was a member of the Electra Garden Club.
Five daughters survived her including Doris Holcomb of Frisco, Texas; Lula Taylor of Edna, Texas, Frances Brogdon of Fort Worth; Virginia Blackwell of Dallas, Texas and Dorlyne Howard of Arlington, Texas; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bill Taylor Jr., Larry Brogden, Ron Ridings, Mike Howard, Toby Cooper, and E.B. Harris._
