Linda Sue Washington, 60, agency administrator, of Austin made her life transition on April 5, 2012.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Raynel of Austin, TX; Donald Ray, Jr. (Kristie) of Baton Rouge, LA; LeChelle (Jonathan Elmore) of Houston, TX; John Wesley of Austin, TX; and Victoria (Adam Ward) of Austin, TX. Her surviving siblings are Floyd (Lawrence) of Crockett, TX; Harold of Dallas, TX; Lavon Leach of Los Angeles, CA; Richard (Rosiland) of Missouri City, TX; and Elva of Los Angeles, CA. Linda is survived by six darling grandchildren: Jerome (Raynel); Kameron and Kian (Donald); Jadon and Jordan (LeChelle); and Aiden (Victoria). Additionally, she leaves behind by her cousin, Rose Williams of Henderson, TX, who grew up with her and cared for her during her final days and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Celebration service will be Saturday, April 21, 2012 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church 3417 E. MLK BLVD, Austin, TX 78721. Burial will be Monday, 11:00 a.m. at Strong Cemetery in Henderson, Texas. Services entrusted to Barry J.W. "The Shepherd" Franklin, CFSP@ A Life Celebration By Franklin

Visitation noon Friday, King-Tears Mortuary. Services 11 a.m. Saturday, St. James Baptist Church. Burial Strong Cemetery, Henderson. Arrangements by A Life Celebration by Franklin, Taylor.
