Funeral services for Joshua Andrus, age 25, of Beckville, will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17, 2015, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Rodger Cole officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery. Joshua passed away due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 12, 2015, in Panola County.
Joshua Paul Andrus was born on January 30, 1990 in Houston, Texas to Milton and Gena Elder Andrus. Joshua went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2015. Joshua graduated with the class of 2009 from Kountze High School. He was a member of the King’s Regiment Band. He worked as a meat cutter at HEB for the past five years. He was preceded in death by his baby girl, Mikinzey Paige Andrus; aunt, Tina Elder; and two grandfathers, Larry Elder and Milton Andrus, Jr.

Mikinzey Paige Andrus was born on July 17, 2011 in Carthage, Texas to Joshua Andrus and Ashley Evans. Mikinzey went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2015. She was 4 years old. Mikinzey loved to swim and play with her cousin. She never met a stranger.
Mikinzey was preceded in death by her father, Joshua Paul Andrus; great grandparents, Roy and Peggy Evans.
