CAMERON — Services for Erma Jean Richardson, 83, of Rockdale will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville with the Rev. Jim Bowden officiating.
Mrs. Richardson died Monday, Oct. 5, in a Bryan hospital.
She was born in the Spring Creek community of Cooke County to Odes Frank and Erma Modene Aughtry Fellers. She married Charles Richardson on May 11, 1946, in Gainesville and he preceded her in death in 2007. She worked as an operator for Southwestern Bell for many years. She was a member of the Grand Avenue Baptist Church in Gainesville.
Survivors include two sons, Jim Richardson of Rockdale and Tim Richardson of Roanoke; a daughter, Linda Shelton of Denison; a brother, Odes Sidney Fellers of Dallas; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
