Ralph Williams , 84 of Andrews, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Permian Residential Care Center in Andrews. He was born on April 13, 1926 in Poteau, Oklahoma.
He married Louise Sinclair on September 28, 1946 in Greenwood, Arkansas. Ralph was a driller for Carl B. King several years and worked for Carruth Trucking from 1958 to 1970. He owned and operated C & R Trucking from 1970 to 1982. He served in the Army with the ski patrol, he loved to build things and work with his hands. His passion was attending grand children sporting events.
Survivors include, daughter; Linda and husband Dr. Wendell Harper, Andrews, two grandchildren; Jay and wife Deatra Harper, Andrews, Ja'Ree and husband Mike Ayala, Springlake, Texas, four great grandchildren; Jadon, Cannon and Colton Harper all of Andrews, and Landry Ayala, Southlake, Texas. www.mcnettfuneralhome.com

Louise S. Williams, 83, of Andrews passed away Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Permian Residential Care Center in Andrews.
Mrs. Williams was born January 19, 1927 in Fairview, Oklahoma. She married Ralph Williams September 28, 1946 in Greenwood, Arkansas. They moved to Andrews in 1947 from Poteau, Oklahoma.
She was Tax assessor and collector for Andrews County from 1975 until her retirement in 1994. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Andrews. She enjoyed being active in church, and teaching Sunday school. She loved following her grandchildren in all of their activities. She was a past member of the Women's division of the Andrews Chamber of Commerce and she was active in the united way. She worried about every ones well being except her own.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Williams of Andrews; one daughter Linda and her husband Dr. Windell Harper of Andrews; two sisters, Pat Stevenson of Healdton, Oklahoma and Jean Leonard of Poteau, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Jay Harper and his wife Deatra, of Andrews; Ja'Ree Ayala and her husband Mike of Southlake, Texas, and four great-grandchildren, Jadon, Cannon and Colton Harper and Landry Ayala of Southlake. www.mcnettfuneralhome.com
