*Obituary
BORGER - Jessie L. Harris, 95, died Friday, Nov. 25, 2005, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Harris was a native of Cleburne and a Borger resident since 1953, coming from California. He was a retired butcher. He married Ruth on Oct. 15, 1931, in Hollis, Okla.
He was preceded in death by his wife in January 1990; a son, Jerry in 1998; and a grandson, Jerry Harris Jr. in 2004 .
Survivors include a son, Duane Harris and wife, Peggy, of Amarillo; four grandchildren, Marilyn Lewis of Commerce, Kimberly Pirog of Denver, Mark Harris of Amarillo and Mick Harris of Dumas; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
