*Obituary
BORGER - Elzadia Pope Walker, 81, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ. Burial will be in Evergreen Garden in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Walker was born Jan. 12, 1929, in Pittsburg to Sullivan and Parilee Pope. She retired after 19 years from the janitorial department of Claude Robinson Construction.
Survivors include a daughter, Yvette "Peanut" Powell of Borger; a stepson, I.W. Walker of Borger; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
