Helen R. Haddock, 71, 320 Coble St., died Saturday at Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Paul Uhles officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors. The family will be at 400 Romero in Fritch.
Mrs. Haddock was a retired employee of Sand Springs Oil and Gas. She was a native of Arkansas City, Kan. and a Borger resident for 45 years.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, the Borger Music Club and a charter member of the Community Concert Association.
Mrs. Haddock's family includes; her daughter, Mrs. Ruth Williams of Fritch; one son, Dr. Joe Keeney of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Maude Ewan of Phoenix, Ariz. and Mrs. Ina Guffey of Las Vegas, NM; six grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband Charley in 1976.
Pallbearers include; Lester Wiles, L.D. Greene, Ray Tiede, A.M.L. Kube, Kenneth Brooks and Virgil Hess.
