*Obituary
BORGER - Ruth Hale, 75, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2000.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. D. Jay Lewis, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Hale was born in Mangum, Okla., and had been a longtime Borger resident. She worked as a presser at Borger Laundry. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She married Billy Hale in 1960 at Borger. He died in 1985.
Survivors include a son, Billy Carl Hale of Borger; a brother, Roy Rea of Columbus, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, Amarillo, TX 79101; or the Don and Sybil Harrington Cancer Center, 1500 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo TX 79106
