*Obituary
Services were held at 3 p.m. today at the Carver Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Maude McMahon, age 75, who died Monday night after a several weeks' illness.
Surviving are her son, Sam Watson, and grandson, Sam Watson, Jr., now serving in the Army Air Corps in California.
Serving as pallbearers were Wylie B. Wyatt, Jim J. Ham, G.H. Whitlock, T.L. Wright, J.H. O'Neal and Charles Bean.
Services were conducted by the Rev. J. Edmund Kirby and the Rev. J.B. McReynolds. Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery.
