*Obituary
Roy D. Morrison, 56, a resident of Borger since 1943 died Wednesday night at the North Plains hospital. Funeral arrangements, which are pending, are being made through Blackburn-Shaw-Brown.

Morrison, who resided at 210 West First St., was born in Lamar county, Texas, and is a veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Methodist church and at the time of his death was retired.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Ruth Morrison, Borger; two brothers: J.O. Morrison, Snyder, Texas, and Ruel Morrison, Philadelhia [sic], Penn., and a half-brother, J.C. McDonald, Honey Grove, Texas. Also surviving are two sons, R.D. Morrison, Borger and Raymond Morrison, Amarillo, and a daughter, Melva Ann Morrison, Borger.
