M.C. Okle, 80, Borger, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 1996, in High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Highland Park Cemetery with Mr. Art Henley, minister of Adams Blvd. Church of Christ in Bartlesville, Okla., officiating.
Burial will be by Brown Funeral Directors.
A native of Altoona, Kan., he had been a Borger resident for 60 years. He was a lab tester for Phillips Petroleum Company. He was a member of the Christian Church and Adobe Walls Lodge No. 1789.
He married Pauline Myers on June 9, 1938 in Borger.
He was preceded in death by a brother, R.L. Okle in 1994.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Clifford E. Okle of Irving; and Ralph R. Okle of Bartlesville, Okla.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Okle was a Baptist. She married Marion Clifford Okle on June 9, 1938, in Borger.
Survivors include two sons, Clifford Okle of Irving and Ralph Okle of Bartlesville, Okla.; a brother, Wade Myers of Walsh, Colo.; two sisters, Edna Houck of Walsh and Nancy of California; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
