BORGER - Ruby Scott, 99, died Thursday, May 24, 2007.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Brown Funeral Directors Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Borger, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Scott was born Aug. 3, 1907, in Carnegie, Okla. She was a homemaker and member of the Assembly of God.
Survivors include a son, Lee Roy Young of Fort Cobb, Okla.; a daughter, Vera L. Waits of Fritch; two brothers, D.M. Newton of Houston and Gene Newton of Midland; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
