Funeral services for William Dean Slaybaugh, 63, are at 2 p.m. Monday from Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Broadhurst, pastor, officiating.
Burial in Highland Park Cemetery will be directed by Minton Mortuary.
Slaybaugh, purchasing agent for the City of Borger died Thursday about midnight.
Surviving are his wife; three sons, two daughters, his mother, a brother, four stepsons, two stepdaughters, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Casketbearers are A.C. Spears, A.A. Waight, Jr., Jim Layton, Bob Fowler, Alyn Rogers, L.D. Kempson.
Honorary casketbearers are employees of the City of Borger.
