Funeral arrangements are pending for Mrs. Tom C. Stroud, 56, at Minton Mortuary. She was a resident of Borger 28 years, and a member of the Church of Christ, Second and Deahl Streets.
Mrs. Stroud died at 6:28 a.m. today at North Plains Hospital. She resided at 213 Whittenburg.
Surviving are her husband and son Mike, of the home; three sons serving in the armed forces, Tom Clayton, U.S. Air Force, Altus, Okla., William R., U.S. Army, Panama Canal Zone, Jack L. U. S. Navy, Treasure Island, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Earl P. Edwards, of Borger, Mrs. William M. King, San Bernardino, Calif., Mrs. T.F. Wigington, Denison; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Youngblood, Levelland; three brothers, Clee Fitzgerald, of Liberty, Bailey and Roy Fitzgerald, both of Lubbock; six grandchildren also survive.
