*Obituary
BORGER - Lavern Tekell, 90, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Brown Funeral Directors Chapel of the Fountains. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger.
Mrs. Tekell was born July 16, 1919, in Throckmorton County. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Borger and member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a daughter, Diana Simpson of Phoenix; and two grandchildren.
