Funeral services for Mrs. Stella Edith Thom, 83, of 1013 Parkway were held at 3 p.m. today in Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev Jimmy Gillmore, pastor of the Riverview Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment followed in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Mortuary.
Mrs. Thom died at 9:55 p.m. Monday in North Plains Hospital.
Survivors include a son, two daughters, three sisters, 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Casketbearers were Leon and Gerald McDonald, Pete Ford, Jim Hooser, Alton and J.D. Cheatwood.
