Eula Dollie McCarty was born on November 23, 1916 in Jones, Texas to Anna Smith and Byrd Alexander McCarty. She is the sister of Arthur, Ora and Era McCarty.
In 1937, Dollie married Stanley Curtis Simmons.
Dollie died on August 8, 1938 at the age of 21 in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
