WHEELER - James Robert "Bob" Moore, 70, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2003.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Wheeler Cemetery with Dr. Toby Henson, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Moore was born Sept. 10, 1932, to J.C. and Jewel Kerr Moore in Wheeler County. He attended Wheeler schools. Mr. Moore was a salesman and manager for 30 years. He had lived in Virginia for 12 years and moved back to Wheeler in 1979. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Wheeler.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Earlene Moore; his father; and three sisters, JoRean Hubbard, LaVeta Williams and Sherry Moore.

Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Gurley of Perryton; his mother of Wheeler; a sister, Jerrie Moore of Wheeler; and two grandsons.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson St., Amarillo, TX 79109.
