WHEELER - Audrey Mae Pearce, 90, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Wheeler Cemetery with Steve Gaines officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pearce was born May 10, 1917, to William Terrel and Hazel Webster Haines in Follett. She graduated from Perryton High School. In 1944, Mrs. Pearce moved to Wheeler, where she worked as a deputy county clerk for 35 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Maurine Petree.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Jean Gaines of Wheeler; a son, William G. Pearce of Wheeler; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lillian May of Lubbock.
