Mrs. Susie Catherine Pendleton, 79, died Sunday.
Services were at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. David Campbell, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pendleton was born in Childress County and had lived in Wheeler County since 1927. She married William Oliver Pendleton in 1927 at Wheeler. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include one brother, Knox Pipkin of Spearman, and one sister, Mrs. Gladys Jones of Mineral Wells.
Pallbearers were Amos May, Preston Glazner, B.K. Barham, Ed Riley, Watson Burgess, C.J. Hess.
