Thelma L. Bybee, 83, of Amarillo, a former longtime Hereford resident, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 1992.
Services were held Monday at Rose Chapel of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home with Dr. Ron Cook, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial followed in West Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Bybee was born in Pecan Gap. She married Owen Bybee in 1930 in Hollis, Okla. He died in 1978, they moved to Hereford in 1945. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include three sons, Gerald Bybee of Amarillo, Bruce Bybee of Wichita Falls and Lynn Bybee of Middleton, Wisc.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
