*Obituary Betty Jean White Schuder
Betty Schuder, 60, of Hereford, former Dimmitt resident, died at 7:20 a.m. last Thursday at Deaf Smith General Hospital in Hereford following a lengthy illness.
Services were held Saturday morning at the Temple Baptist Church in Hereford with Revs. J.L. Bozeman, a retired Baptist minister, and H.W. Bartlett pastor, officiating.
Burial followed at West Park Cemetery in Hereford under the direction of Rix Funeral Directors of Hereford.
Mrs. Schuder was born in Bovina and lived in Dimmitt before moving to Hereford 23 years ago. She married Troy Ray Schuder on Aug. 8, 1951, in Clovis, N.M. She was a homemaker and a member of the Temple Baptist Church. She and her husband owned Troy's Sweet Shop.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Kyle of Hereford; a daughter, Troyce Workman of Hereford; a sister, Mary Jane Hamby of Hereford; a brother, Melton White of Dalhart; and two grandchildren.
